Terms of service
These Terms govern your use of DeepCut Trivia. By playing, creating an account, commenting, or contributing a quiz, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet the higher digital-consent age required where you live. We may refuse or remove an account that does not meet that requirement. Keep your password secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Playing and points
Quizzes, FP, XP, tiers, leagues, and rewards are entertainment features. We may correct scores, remove abusive attempts, or adjust points when needed to prevent cheating or operate a fair service. Anonymous play is available, but account-only features require sign-in and may require a verified email.
Community and contributions
You may post only lawful, accurate, original material that you have permission to share. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, malware, advertising, doxxing, or misleading claims. Contributions are text-only and must follow the submission rules. We may review, hide, edit, or remove material and suspend accounts that breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant DeepCut Trivia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting and moderation, and publish that content as part of the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this licence. You may request deletion of your account and content, subject to legal, safety, and conversation-integrity exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.
Copyright and complaints
Report alleged infringement using our DMCA process. We may remove material while a complaint is reviewed.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect factual accuracy, or a particular score or ranking. To the extent permitted by law, DeepCut Trivia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for safety, legal, security, or material breach reasons. We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated version. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
