DMCA notice and takedown

If you believe material on DeepCut Trivia infringes your copyright, send a signed notice to [email protected].

What to include

Provide your physical or electronic signature; identify the copyrighted work; identify the allegedly infringing material and its URL; give contact details; state that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; and state under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder.

Our process

We log the notice, acknowledge it where possible, temporarily restrict access when appropriate, notify the contributor, and review a valid counter-notice. We may forward the notice or counter-notice to the affected contributor or service providers where legally permitted. We restore material when required by law or agreement.

Counter-notice

A counter-notice must identify the removed material, include your contact details and signature, explain why removal was a mistake or misidentification, and include the required consent to the relevant court jurisdiction and service of process. False notices may create legal liability.

Repeat infringement

We may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated infringement, consistent with applicable law and our Terms of service.
