Your privacy rights

You can ask what data DeepCut Trivia holds about you and how it is used. Send a request to [email protected] from the account email where possible.

EU and UK rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional analytics or advertising consent at any time through Cookie settings. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including the ICO in the UK.

California rights

California residents may request to know or access categories and specific pieces of personal information, correction, deletion, and information about disclosures. You may opt out of sale or sharing; DeepCut Trivia does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not discriminate because you exercise a privacy right.

Verification and response

We verify requests using reasonable account information and may ask for clarification. An authorised agent may submit a request with proof of authorisation. We generally respond within one month for EU/UK requests and within 45 days for California requests, with extensions where law permits. We do not charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Deletion limits

Deleting an account removes account access and direct identifiers. We may retain security logs, fraud-prevention records, legal correspondence, and deleted-user placeholders where necessary for safety, legal obligations, or the integrity of other users’ conversations.
